EDGE Youth Ministry

Grades 6–8


EDGE is Assumption’s middle school youth ministry program, giving students a place to grow in their Catholic faith, build meaningful friendships, and feel connected to their parish community. Through engaging EDGE Nights, prayer, discussion, games, activities, and fellowship, students are encouraged to ask questions, deepen their relationship with Christ, and discover how their faith connects to everyday life.


What Happens at EDGE?

  • Faith — Explore the Catholic faith in a way that connects with everyday life.
  • Conversation — Ask questions and talk about the things that matter.
  • Activities — Games and interactive activities make each EDGE Night different.
  • Community — Build friendships with other middle school students at Assumption.
  • Prayer — Learn different ways to pray and grow closer to Christ.

Meet Our Youth Minister

Brian Csornok
Director of Youth Ministry

Brian is passionate about creating a welcoming place where young people can grow in their Catholic faith, build lasting friendships, and feel connected to their parish.


Through EDGE Youth Ministry, Brian works with middle school students to help them discover that faith is not just something we learn about on Sundays, but something we live every day. He strives to create an environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, sharing their experiences, having fun, and growing closer to Christ.
